Various techniques have been employed to create the showcased works, but in all of them, it is crucial to go through the essential stage of sampling. Note that glue is not allowed in any circumstances when it comes to haute couture.

Silk Flowers: Cut petals from fabric and assemble them into a flower according to the desired pattern. Painting, feathers and even fire can be used to give textures to the finalproduct.

Embroidery: Place the fabric on an embroidery frame or hoop BEFORE cutting it. Trace the pattern edges with basting stitches and embroider using a needle or Lunéville crochet hook (a French tool).

Corsets and Custom Clothing: Take measurements, draft the pattern, construct the toilein a fabric similar to the final one to be used and proceed with fitting. After making adjustments, cut and assemble the pieces in the selected fabrics and ensure that the finitions are meticulously executed.
